产品介绍： 到达需求扭力后会有提示声告知”锁紧了，让它来告诉你!”，锁附过程中利用扭力的控制，让工具及相关应用标准化，提供更好的精度及寿命。内部采用空心结构，当扭力大于静摩差力时，产生动摩差力形成空转。 1.颜色管理：人因工程纳入颜色管理，避免不正确扭力的应用2.止逆功能：将锁附过程SOP，让刀具及车削过程得到最好的保护及精度3.快速更换驱动头(BIT )功能，可套接于手动、气动、电动输出之旋转工具，另一端则可套接不同造形与尺寸驱动头4.过载保护机制，套筒于锁紧连接元件时，若超出该套筒预设之扭力值，即形成空转，以避免该连接元件与被锁合物之毁损5. (静摩擦扭力)为扭力设定机构，当板手扭力大于设定值即产生滑动(动摩擦)，扭力输出值相对稳定。本产品齐聚多项功能，足能1.解决机械加工舍弃式刀片装卸所造成之直接成本与间接成本增加。 2.降低机械加工产业因「螺丝没锁好」所造成之没有必要之损失，进而提高机械加工产业竞争能力。
